pre-screen? what's that ?
Insurance carriers need some information about who is applying for health insurance coverage so they may assess the risk. Simply, they need to know the ages and gender of each [prospect], the area in which they live (using a zip code), any daily prescription drugs each person takes and any health conditions currently being treated. That's the pre-screen information. That will get you a very close final premium quote.
